Graphic Recording: This practice comes in many shapes and sizes: Scribing, Sketch-Noting, Idea Mapping, Live Drawing. There are many contexts for this kind of work, but this is essentially a form of data visualization, either performed live and on display for your audience at a conference or gathering or constructed carefully over time as a form of strategic planning.
Concept Art: In my field this term refers to art created during the visual development process for TV, movies, and video games. Also often referred to as production art, this is created to provide visual direction during preproduction. It can range anywhere from loose sketches to highly rendered paintings.
